Comedian Steve Lee

Steve Lee is a fresh new voice in the San Francisco stand-up scene. He performs in comedy clubs and festivals in San Francisco and Hong Kong, receiving high praise on both continents for his off-beat brand of humor. His comedy blends his Chinese roots with his love for all things American. Steve grew up in Hong Kong in the last phase of British colonial rule, attending a school for disabled children. He came to the US, as an exchange student, to go to high school in Kansas City. He studied animation and graduated from the Academy of Art school in San Francisco.

Steve is the co-producer of the popular weekly show “Comedy & Cocktails” at the legendary Purple Onion.
